From Friday 19th – 21st January, we will be celebrating national Australian day with a very special High tea. Australian Day High Tea includes everyone’s favourite treat.. lamingtons, as well as a number of playful delicate treats. Teas served on the day shall be Australiana tea, mixed berry, dark chocolate – black tea, Tutti fruity, Orange blossom, and Brekkie tea. Not forgetting the classic mimosa on arrival.
A selection of mini boutique lamingtons, tangy citrus centre fluffy lemon meringue, and a wonderful Creamy Custard vanilla slice, fresh pumpkin scones served with Strawberry jam & cream or herb butter.
Ribbon Sandwiches includes honey roasted ham, mature cheddar & tomato chutney with crisp lettuce, egg mayonnaise and cress, Roasted Chicken pancetta avocado & lemon mayonnaise, pork/fennel sausage rolls and gourmet Aussie beef pies.
Includes a classic mimosa and a selection of loose leaf teas (including herbal teas) or Barista made Coffee
