Q: What is in a gourmet food Hamper?
Our Gourmet gift hampers typically include indulgent treats such as macaroons, freshly baked scones, and can include quality teas and wine. Our Gift baskets are often sent for special occasions—such as Birthdays—Anniversary—or as a thank-you, or congratulations gift.
Q: Where do we deliver?
Our food Hampers are delivered to many parts of the Sunshine Coast. We also deliver to Brisbane and the surrounding areas. If we haven’t covered your area, please reach out and chat with us, we are very flexible with deliveries.
Q: Between which times do we deliver?
Delivery is during working hours (10:00 am – 3:00 pm) Tuesday to Sunday. We cannot specify an actual time as the driver’s routes change daily. If you think your recipient will be out at work during these times, why not ask us to deliver the gift to their work address?
Q: What happens if the recipient is out?
Ideally, you should ensure you are delivering to an address on a date that someone is available to receive our food hampers.
Q: How can I receive my order if I am self-isolating??
Simply enter ‘Leave on doorstep and ring bell’ in the Delivery Instructions during checkout.
Q: Can we deliver on a specific date?
Yes, any working day can be selected except for Mondays. We deliver on Saturdays & Sundays too.
Q: How quickly can we deliver?
We offer Next Working Day Delivery to areas of the Sunshine Coast on all gourmet hampers orders placed Monday – Friday before 14:00 (AEST).
